Books on Smart Investing
These authors have absolute gems about how to make smart investments
Sometimes a book is still better than a blog. I've found many blogs that contain mis-information. Publishers review books and so you have some sort of third party verification of the facts presented.
Suze Orman books
I especially like Road to Wealth, and her latest one one how to deal with the current economic uncertainties--her 2009 Action Plan.
Robert Kiyosaki's books and games
Robert is one of the frontier financial gurus who got his start in real estate investing. His book, Increase Your Financial IQ was written in 2007, but has accurate predictions for what is going on today.
Harv Eker and his Peaks Potential Trainings
I've attened some of the free or low-fee seminars and voice conferences & books and found them to have invaluable insights into wealth building. If you want to drastically change your life, some of the more expensive seminars will cause you to change as motivated by the fact that you just spent so much money to do so, if nothing else.
Dan Chiras books on the green building
Even though my husband & I got divorced, we are still friends and I know him to be one of the world's foremost authors on green building. He currently has over 23 books published.
He's just started hands-on green building workshops in Missouri--solar, wind, etc--do your own!
Louis Hornyak on Nanotechnology
My partner, Louis, is the leading global author on nanoscience introductory textbooks and series books. As nanotechnology will impact all phases of life in the future, from building materials to security devices to health systems, I could not neglect to mention it here. I am very proud of the work he has done.
No time for books? Then just take a little time to select your buyer agent and let them do all the worrying about the details of finding the best deal for you. Plan on a one- to two- hour initial consultation meeting so they know exactly what you want.
